Geneva Peace Forum meets Vienna

Building on the momentum of its previous editions in New York (2023) and Addis Ababa (2025), Geneva Peace Forum Meets Vienna will convene peace and security communities from both cities for a one-day event on 3 June 2026. This third edition of the series aims to encourage exchange among international and regional actors, highlight new challenges and opportunities for sustainable peace, and deepen cooperation between Geneva- and Vienna-based stakeholders.

15-16h 30 Workshop Beyond Participation: Rethinking Partnerships in Support of Women’s Inclusion in Peace Processes.

WILPF Austria is invited to take part in the workshop. Organizers: Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Peace Women Across the Globe and Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP).

The whole event will be co-organized with the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (OIIP)  in coordination with and with the support of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Swiss Permanent Missions in Geneva and Vienna.
